Dear Jesus, help me to be still as I ask You to lead me. I want nothing more than for You to direct my path, but I need to submit to You daily. Lord, Your ways and timing are perfect. Help me to know Your heart and react with Your love. Your grace overwhelms me and revives me when I feel I’ve failed You. Thank You for Your perfect love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Over the next forty-six days, you will embark on a journey through seven ancient spiritual disciplines. Each week, you will be introduced to a new discipline that you can add to the previous weeks. Every longer devotional will be followed by daily Scripture readings and prayers to help you go deeper.
