One way that Christians have sought to follow the injunction to pray without ceasing is through the ‘breath prayer’. The most famous of these is the one above, known as the Jesus Prayer. Ask the Holy Spirit to inspire you in choosing a short breath prayer and repeat it often throughout the day. Over time you will find yourself praying it unconsciously.
