Every frontline has a culture, a ‘way we do things round here’. Some aspects of your frontline culture will reflect God’s character. Some probably won’t. God invites us to mould the culture of our frontlines, to affirm and strengthen what’s good, and to creatively and prayerfully overcome the bad.

Ask God if there is anything you can do to ‘mould the culture’ of your frontline, that it might be a better place for everyone.
