Revelation is the key to the double portion!
People often ask me, “How do I hear the Holy Spirit? How do I hear how to capture these hidden ideas and opportunities?”
Those are great questions!
I do not have room here to go into depth regarding hearing the voice of God. 1 Cor 14:4 says, “He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself.” The word edify means to bring instruction or understanding. I need that and so do you!
When the Bible is speaking here of speaking in tongues or, as Paul describes it, praying in the Spirit, I want to encourage you—no matter what you have heard about this function of the Holy Spirit, whether someone has told you that it passed away with the apostles or that it is of the devil—read your Bible. Praying in the Spirit is simply the Holy Spirit praying through you in the earth realm to bring His will to pass without the devil knowing what is going on. Praying in the Spirit is a major key in hearing revelation from heaven, and I encourage you to study what I have said.
When you ask the Holy Spirit, He can direct you in creative ways to unlock the power of rest in your life!
