One: Responding to the One True Godనమూనా

It doesn’t matter whether you think what you’re doing is okay or not; it matters what God thinks. Sin is anything that doesn’t match up with God’s will and character, and we only find out what that is by studying His Word, the Bible. As it’s impossible even for those who have read the whole Bible to remember it all and to live by every word all the time, it’s safe to assume that you, like the rest of us, are guilty of sin. In fact, the Bible says you are. 

Your sin separates you from God, not because He wants it that way, but because holiness can’t have fellowship with unholiness. 

This creates a desperate problem for you, and there’s not a single thing sinful you can do about it. Like it or not, you need rescuing. Otherwise, you’ll spend eternity separated from a holy God who loves you, alone while still here on earth and suffering alone in hell after you die. 

Thankfully, God isn’t just holy; He’s love, and He’s sent someone to rescue you! 

Thank God for sending a rescuer for you.
