WHAT HE DOES

Now that we know who the Holy Spirit is, what does He do? We touched base on this yesterday, but the Holy Spirit gives us power to do all that God has called us to do. God is going to call us to the impossible and we will need His Spirit to do it! He gives us gifts beyond what we can do on our own, and He shows us how, where, and when to use them. He helps transform us to be more like Jesus and gives us knowledge and wisdom beyond our understanding. He enables us to do things that we have no prior knowledge or ability to do! He gives you the ability to have discernment with people and situations to know when something is off. He gives us the ability to speak in public when ordinarily we may be terrified to do that. He gives us intuition and a knowing of things before they happen. When we don’t know what to pray for, He intercedes for us. When we need to have difficult conversations, He gives us the words to say. It is endless, He does all these things to glorify God and to build His kingdom, not for our own glory. Everything He does, aligns with the perfect Will of God. 

Practical Step:

Begin to ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit and give you wisdom beyond your own understanding.
