When you ask Jesus into your heart and to take control of your life, you become a daughter to the King of kings! As a co-heir to Christ you are no longer a slave to sin and the old ways of your life. Now, you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you helping you, guiding you and encouraging you in God’s love. Your future is forever changed and you can live with the reassurance that nothing can separate you from God’s love. Even though we are God’s children, that doesn’t mean we won’t go through hard times. Like Christ, we will share in His sufferings and hardships, but don’t lose hope! Remember we are promised that God will never leave us or forsake us. Keep the promise of heaven in mind and remember that as we share in suffering for Christ, we will also share in His glory. Sweet sister, embrace the beautiful inheritance you have in our Lord. Realize you are wanted and adopted into God’s family. You are not alone in this world. Yes, life can be hard and discouraging, but keep heaven in the front of your mind and focus on the amazing privileges that come with being a daughter to the King of kings!
