Biblical Encouragement for Business Leadersනියැදිය

Redefine What Places and People Can Become
One of God’s greatest works is His ability to transform what seems broken, haunted, or useless into something beautiful. A building once known for darkness can become a house of worship. A business once built on greed can become a place of generosity. A life marked by failure can become a testimony of grace.
I’ll never forget a run-down dollar theatre in the city. It made the list of the top ten most haunted places around. People expected to find cobwebs, shadows, and maybe even a ghost story or two. But then a church moved in. That same theatre became a space where people accepted Jesus, were baptized, and grew in the Lord. What was once a place of fear turned into a place of freedom. From a movie theatre to a move of God. From people expecting to see a ghost to people experiencing the Holy Ghost.
As a leader, God calls you to partner in this redefining work. Your workplace, your industry, and even your own past are not beyond His reach. Through Christ, the old has gone, the new has come. This means no space is too far gone to be redeemed.
It’s easy to view your environment as fixed, “this is just how things are.” But God wants to train your eyes to see holy opportunity where others see opposition. When you choose to lead with integrity and faith, you’re declaring over your space: “This belongs to Jesus, and He is making it new.”
Your leadership can redefine culture, restore trust, and redirect vision. You may be the one God uses to shift the story.
Respond to God’s Word:
Ask the Lord to reveal one area of your business or leadership that He wants to redefine. Commit to partnering with Him in bringing new life there.
