30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health Strugglesනියැදිය

Day 2: God is Able
When I look back on the first year that I didn’t have any manic or depression episodes, it was always at the back of my mind if they would happen again. I couldn’t have imagined, at the time, reaching five years of stability. It’s quite a milestone.
I was literally taking my mental health day by day. This scripture, though, Ephesians 3:20 NIV, reminded me that God’s power is at work within me, and that He is able to do immeasurably more than all I ask, think, or imagine. The same goes for you, too.
You may think that a year of stability or even 5 years is far off, but God is able to do immeasurably more than you think could happen. Hold tight to this verse as an example of God’s infinite power. He is able.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, you are able to do all things. For you are all-powerful, all-knowing, and everywhere. Thank you for working your power within me. I pray that you do immeasurably more than I ask, think, or imagine regarding my mental health. May your will be done. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
