Cost of living worries

How does this all affect you?

Interest rates rising. A tight rental market. The price of groceries going up.

How do you feel about the cost of living?

If your answer is "worried," you're not alone.

It's a topic on everyone's lips at the moment, and there's no easy solution if you're struggling.

But a starting point for me as a Christian is to bring my worries to God. In His famous Sermon on the Mount, Jesus acknowledged that life is full of worries.

But it's what we do with them that matters.

"Bring them to God," Jesus says. He knows you need food to eat and clothes to wear. And He cares for you, much more than the flowers and birds. And look how much He cares for them.

He is with you in the worries of life.

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)
