30 Days of Delighting in the Word

30 න් 3 වන දිනය

Day 3

“I have restrained my feet from every evil way, That I may keep Your word.” - Psalm 119:102 (NKJV)

How we live matters to God. We cannot claim to keep God’s Word while daily choosing to throw it away through willful sin.

We must make every effort to keep ourselves from walking in sin (embracing the evil way).

1 John 3:8-10 (NKJV) says, “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.”

Choose to do what is right, that you may hold on to the Word of life.

Prayer: Jesus, help me to restrain my feet from evil ways that I may keep Your word.

God's Word was never meant to be a burden, but a delight. This 30-day plan will guide you through Psalm 119, a chapter that emphasizes the beauty and necessity of meditating and obeying God’s Word. Each day you’ll pray through a verse from Psalm 119, asking the Holy Spirit to give you revelation and understanding of Jesus in the Word. As you commit to meditating and praying Scripture, you’ll cultivate a hunger for God’s Word and a heart to obey and delight in His Word.
