2. The prodigal son pursued what he thought would bring him freedom and happiness. Have you ever chased after something only to realize it wasn’t as fulfilling as you thought?
3. The son’s choices led to isolation and regret. How do you handle feelings of loneliness or shame in your own life?
4. How does our culture today encourage the mindset of “live for yourself” and “do whatever makes you happy”? How does that compare with Jesus’ teachings?
