Pathways to Purposeනියැදිය

Have you ever done or said something you shouldn’t have? Did someone call you out on it, make you feel silly or guilty? Being corrected can be really hard, no one wants to hear that they are wrong. But when done in kindness and love, we stand to gain a friend instead of driving them away.
In times of correction, it is easy to get offended or hold a grudge. Dwelling on the incident separates you from that person. But forgiving them and thanking them for correction breads love and trust between friends.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that Your Word is truth and life. Lord, I pray today that my words will bring life and truth to a friend, in Jesus' name, Amen.
