Darkness to Destiny: Unleashing God’s Power in a Dark Worldනියැදිය

Sometimes it’s hard to see past our darkest situations, especially when we’re in them, and often it’s even harder to hope for the better to come. But it’s vital that we do so in order to keep pushing forward. Miracles were performed throughout the Bible, in both the big and the small ways, for those who weren’t afraid to hope for something better. Think of Job who had his wealth taken from him, carried a painful disease, and lost his family. He could have simply given up his hope right then and there. Yet, despite all of these troubles, Job decided to still trust in Him. In Job 13:15 (NKJV) Job says, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him...” Because of this, Job saw twice as much as what he had before, all because he chose to keep his hope in the Lord despite the hard and uncertain times. When we have hope in Christ, we are anchored to something beyond us — something that is immersive, strong, and plentiful. This hope is to be utilized when chasing our dreams, our goals, and our aspirations. It’s to be clutched to tightly whenever things feel bleak or dark. As long as we cling to this hope, there will always be a path forward as long as we remember to keep taking steps.
