I believe this song is a timely reminder that every day, we can give thanks to God for His goodness and faithfulness in our lives. His mercies are new for us every day, so whenever we encounter situations that trouble us — whether it be work, family, difficult decisions etc — we can rest assured knowing God is in control. He knows you, He loves you, and He truly has the best in store for you.

In the bridge, we sing:

I believe this is a great declaration for anyone and everyone. There is such power in the singing of God’s faithful love that has never failed, and choosing to surrender our lives, including our hopes, dreams, worries, and prayers over to the almighty God, without knowing the outcome, but trusting that he has better things in store for our lives then we could ever ask, think, or imagine.
