Day 3: Seeking God’s Presence First
The presence of God is a source of joy, peace, and fulfillment that surpasses anything this world can offer. Seeking God’s presence means intentionally carving out time to be with Him, delighting in who He is, and allowing His Spirit to refresh us. Psalm 16:11 reminds us that joy and true fulfillment are found in God’s presence. When prioritizing time with God, we receive wisdom, strength, and a deeper understanding of His love.
In a busy world, it’s easy to let time with God fall to the bottom of our priorities. However, making time to be in His presence daily helps us stay centered and grounded. It fuels our faith and aligns our hearts with His will. Today, consider how you can seek God’s presence first in practical ways, whether through prayer, worship or simply being still before Him.
Prayer Focus:
Ask God to create in you a longing for His presence and to fill you with His joy as you seek Him daily.
