Video Study | Wild at Heart Experience With John Eldredgeනියැදිය

The Wound
This journey takes us into some of the hardest, most personal territory—the wounds we carry, often buried beneath layers of life. Each of us has likely received wounds that left marks on the heart, shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us. This experience is something many of us share.
These wounds can come from words spoken over us, relationships that disappointed, or unmet expectations, and they often run deep. Yet here’s the hope: they don’t define us. God invites us to look honestly at these places, not to remain stuck, but to find healing and freedom.
The call here is to be real about our hurts and open to God’s healing. What wounds have we been carrying, and how might God be inviting us to bring them into His light? This is a step toward true restoration and wholeness.
Reflection
- Did you know your dad adored you? What did you do together with your dad when you were a boy?
- What was your dad’s message to you in response to your question, “Do I have what it takes?” Did he answer a thousand times “Yes?”
- What did your dad teach you about yourself as a man?
