John Chapter 14
Title: The Way, the Truth, the Life.

Scripture: John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Thought:
Today, the world around us is always trying to point us in a certain direction, claiming they have ‘the truth’ and telling us what will bring joy to our lives. Whether it be the latest fashion, fitness, or technology trends, they all herald their answers in these areas. Amidst these voices, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and lost. Yet, in John 14:6, Jesus provides clarity and assurance: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Jesus' declaration offers us a compass in a world of competing claims. He doesn't merely point to a path; He is the path. He doesn’t just teach us the truth; He is the truth. He doesn’t simply give life; He is life itself. This profound truth calls us to shift our focus from the world's transient promises to the eternal promise found in Christ.

Application:
In seeking Jesus, we find a direction that leads us to true fulfilment. His way is one of love, sacrifice, and service. His truth liberates us from the confusion of competing voices, grounding us in God’s unchanging word. His life infuses our existence with purpose and hope, anchoring us in the assurance of His eternal presence.

Prayer:
Jesus, today, I choose to follow you wholeheartedly. Help me trust in your way, embrace your truth, and live in the abundance of your life. Thank you that as I do this, you promise everlasting joy and peace.
