Presence 11: The Lord's Prayerනියැදිය

This is the final day of our plan. Let’s give God space to speak to us.

Lay your hands in your lap, palms open, facing up.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply three times.

As you do pray, “Here I am, Lord” and reflect on the words from Psalm 46.

In the stillness, give God space to speak to you, this might be a thought or maybe a word or phrase from the verse that stands out to you.

Be Still and Know that I am God

To finish pray the Lord’s prayer but slowly reflecting on the lines as you pray them:

Our Father,

who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name;

thy kingdom come;

thy will be done;

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation;

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

the power and the glory,

for ever and ever.

Amen.

Yours Forever

I am standing on holy ground,

Completely aware, and caught up in the mystery

Of your goodness.

You have steadied my feet and held me

Close on every bit of the journey.

Here on the cusp of the most

Potent new beginning I have ever tasted,

I sing of your goodness.

The story I thought had ended,

And redefined what it means

To be redeemed.
