How to Survive the Storms of Lifeනියැදිය

Jesus Saves
“And He awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, ‘Peace! Be still!’ And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” (Mark 4:39)
The incredible happens. Just as Jesus can heal a sick person or command a demon to leave with one word, He speaks to the wind and the sea — and they obey Him. He has control over people, over spiritual powers and over nature. This miracle shows that no problem or situation is too big for Him. Even when we have to helplessly watch the storms rage in our lives, He is not powerless.
This event also shows that Jesus is the God who calms the storm, so that the waves of the sea fall silent (Psalm 107:29). No one else is able to do this but only the Creator who called the wind and water into existence. This Creator now sails in a fragile boat in the midst of a storm and silences the wind. He left His place in heaven to become man, but at the same time He remained God. He gave up His glory, but at the same time retained His omnipotence. He was tired after a day's work, but stilled a storm by merely speaking.
What a miracle; Jesus is “God with us”!
