Jehovah-Nissi: The Lord, My Banner.
Moses first used today’s name of God to celebrate the victory that God gave the Israelites over their enemies, the Amalekites. It translates to “The Lord, my banner.”

“God, thank You for victory! Thank You for fighting my battles and winning. I won’t be afraid, because no matter what comes against me today, You are the only Warrior who never loses. You are on my side!”
As you pray through today’s name of God:
- How did this name of God resonate with me?
- What is God teaching me?
- How can I be specific in prayer today?
After you reflect on these questions, bring everything to God in prayer.
