JESUS REJOICES IN THE TRUTH

“‘The reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.’ ‘What is truth?’ retorted Pilate.” JOHN 18:37 –38

RECITE GOD’S GOODNESS

O Great I AM, by Your truth, we know truth. You reveal what is true in my life in Your tender mercy, even while showing me my sin and deceit. In a world of relative truths, You alone define what is real because you are the Living Truth.

EXPRESS YOUR NEEDINESS

Apart from Your Spirit at work in me, I wouldn’t be able to discern truth from lies. I need Your voice to be the loudest in my ears so I can walk in Your truth. Help me demolish half-truths and lies that seek to enslave me; set me free by Your Truth—Your very presence—alive in me.

SEEK HIS STILLNESS

Allow God’s Spirit to search your heart and reveal any falsehoods you may believe. Invite Him to write His Word of truth on your heart and be still in His presence.

TRUST HIS FAITHFULNESS

Thank You, God, for revealing what is true through Your Word—lighting the way for my next right step. Your truth doesn’t change like shifting opinions or trends but remains steadfast forever, like a rock under my feet. I trust in You with all my heart. Lead me by Your truth.
