How to Wake Up Happier Every Dayනියැදිය

We must always be thankful for all things, including the good and the bad. You might say, “Well, I cannot be thankful for the bad things.”
Here is how you can be - God is good. He cares about you, and He is concerned for you. The only things that He will allow in your life that might seem bad to you will be things that will make you more like Christ. So, you can be thankful for even the things that are hurtful and hard because ultimately they are for your benefit.
I realize that it is hard if you are sick, or if you have cancer and you are dealing with the treatments. Perhaps COVID-19 has devastated your family’s health and financial stability this year. Maybe a loved one has died, or you are having a relationship problem. It can be really hard to be thankful at all times.
In Psalm 106:3 the word “righteousness” literally means doing that which is right. This means that saying “thank you” to the Lord — even when you are having a hard time — is right. Why? Because God is good. He is worthy of our praise. His mercy endures forever. So, we should be thankful to the Lord even in the hard times of life.
There is always something to thank God for, even if you cannot thank God for the bad things. If you have put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior, He has saved you and you are on your way to Heaven. Yes, you do have something to thank God for!
If you can have a heart of thankfulness even in the midst of sorrow, then you can look back and thank God for allowing things in your life to make you more and more like His Son, Jesus Christ.

Thank you. Two words that are slowly disappearing from our culture. How can saying, “Thank you” possibly help you spiritually? There is no one secret to the Christian life, but if we could say there was one major thing that would transform our lives, it would be to always be thankful. Being thankful for whatever God has done in our lives will help us wake up happier people every day!
