Jesus calls us to follow Him, and we are all in a different place on that journey. These devotions will guide you along the path to trusting and loving Jesus as you follow His Call. No matter who you are, what you might have done, and where you are along the path, your life can be redeemed in Jesus, and you can share His Love with others.

Everyone immediately thinks “betrayer” when they hear the name Judas. The story is legendary but is actually true and historically accurate. What was he like, and what about the God whom he betrayed?

Every one of us will at some point find ourselves going through storms in life. All our certainties crumble; we wonder why God lets this happen and when the storm will subside. This reading plan gives you valuable advice to stand firm in such a situation. This advice is based on a true biblical story from the book of Mark.

This phase in Jesus’ life is focused on leadership development. As the movement continues to grow, Jesus begins to hand-select from his disciples a few to be servant leaders of the movement. After a full night of prayer, consulting with his Father, Jesus appoints twelve men who will begin their apprenticeship as leaders and will eventually become the leaders of the movement.

The church needs sold-out, all-in Jesus-followers. Disciples and disciple-makers. But where do you find them? How do you develop them? Look no further than how Jesus did it. The greatest leader and mentor of all time poured into 12 guys for a season. Those lives multiplied to build the church to over two billion people who declare their belief in Christ today.

Mark is all about Jesus! This 13-day plan will walk you through the book of Mark by reading only 1-2 chapters a day. Each day is accompanied by a short devotional and video that explains what’s happening and shows you how each part of the story points to Jesus and his Gospel.

Through Mark’s Gospel, we are reminded that true greatness in God’s kingdom comes not through selfish ambition, but by being the servant of all.
