Are you experiencing a wilderness season, finding no water or oasis for your soul? What if this season held the greatest hope of all: to know God’s Presence intimately, authentically, and passionately? This devotional encourages you that this time is not wasted, though some days you feel as if you are going nowhere. Because no matter what terrain you tread, God is journeying with you as Comforter, Life-giver, & Friend.

In a busy world, we have to make space for the things that matter most. We have to learn to apply godly wisdom that will help you incorporate these activities into your busy life. In some cases, you will find that you are doing the wrong things. Or you might find that you are doing the right things for the wrong reason or in the wrong way, so they are not life-giving or fulfilling. 

More than ever, people are aware that we are deeply connected. This unique time is an opportunity for us to reflect on how we share in each other’s suffering, center ourselves on God, and rise to a calling that does not expire simply because the world is in trouble, but perhaps is even more important now: to demonstrate the radical love of Christ to the most vulnerable in our world.
