Who Is God: Devotions From Time of Graceਨਮੂਨਾ

God loves to show mercy
One of the worst human burdens we have to drag with us each day is guilt. No matter how much we try to pretend that “we’re doing fine” and “everything’s wonderful,” each one of us has a conscience inside. That pure, moral voice tells us the ugly truth: we are not holy enough to deserve the approval of a holy God.
That’s why it’s so good to get to know the true God better. The Bible tells us that he is a God who loves to show mercy to people. The death and resurrection of God’s Son changes everything in the way he looks at us.
Psalm 103:10 says that the Lord “does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.”
