The author stresses above all other instructions to guard our hearts. What does that mean for you in this season? Are there certain influences in your life you need to eliminate or minimize, certain activities you need to reevaluate, and certain environments you should step away from? Ask the Holy Spirit to give you direction and to show you what to actively invest in that will create health and wholeness in your heart.
