ADVANTAGES IN GOD: Display what you value

Yesterday, we learned about placing value on what is yours in Christ. If you don’t value what you have in Christ, the systems of the world will look enticing.

One key thing you will observe about people who pride in what they have is: they are vocal about what they have. They are not ashamed to express or display it. A transgender person is not shy about their Pride Month. A 'yahoo boy' is not ashamed of flagging their wealth. A cultist brags in their juju.

Is it the believer that will hide and be afraid to 'flag' the life of God? Unbelievers are not ashamed to misbehave outside; is it the believer that will be shy of evangelism? The very power to bring a man out of darkness to light, God entrusted it to you, will you be shy? No, you won’t!

People play vulgar songs on loudspeakers, but you will be reducing volume for a Gospel song? You will reduce the volume of a sermon you are listening to? Why? I don’t mean play it loud to distract people, but that thing that makes you ashamed so you reduce the volume is not good.

What about laying hands? What about giving prophetic words? What about championing the name of Christ? Since you value and have placed importance on what you have, it’s time you display it!

Dear saint, you were called to SHOW… not called to be timid. Display it, not to prove a point, not to brag, but because you want to show forth the praises of God, the God who called you out of darkness to His marvelous light.

Don’t be shy of what you have placed value on; in love and boldness, showcase it!
