God vs Goliath: The Battle Before the Battle ਨਮੂਨਾ

God uses the unready to reveal His power.
Can God still use me if my life feels like a mess—if I’m not ready for the battlefield yet?
David was young, untrained, and unknown. He didn’t have armor or experience—but he had faith. He stepped forward, and God met him in motion. You don't become more until the circumstances dictate it. David wasn’t ready, but he stepped up, and through that, God used him to make him ready for his ultimate calling of Kingship. If God never used the messy, He wouldn't use anyone at all.
If God only used the polished, He’d never use anyone. Your “not-yet” season is not wasted—it’s where God forges the heart of a warrior. Step forward; the same Spirit that was in David lives in you.
Reflection: Where is God asking you to step forward even before you feel prepared?
Prayer: God, I give You my weakness. Make me ready as I obey You, and fight for me as I step out in faith. Amen.

About this Plan

Every believer will face a Goliath — moments that test faith, challenge identity, and expose what we truly believe about God. But the real battle isn’t fought on the battlefield; it’s fought in the heart before we ever face the giant.
