NO LIMITS TO AUTHORITY

When Jesus died, He went to hell. His assignment was to use the authority given to Him by His Father to conquer death and Hades. He defeated the devil and took his authority. Jesus then rose on the third day and ascended into heaven. The Father then bestowed on Him a name that is above every other name, so that at the name of Jesus Christ every knee should bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. This is unlimited authority. It is this authority that has been delegated to us in the Great Commission. In His authority, we make disciples. In His authority, we enforce Kingdom principles here on earth. Satan bows under this authority. Demons scatter at the mention of the name of Jesus. Disease evaporates at that name. This name has authority in heaven and on earth and under the earth.

Therefore, I declare that in the name of Jesus, I stand firm on the promises of God. In Christ, I am a new creation. I am reconciled to God. I am seated with Christ in the heavenly places. I am an ambassador of Christ authorized to transact Kingdom business in my sphere of influence. This authority is in His name. In that name, every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord. I do this with total confidence. Jesus will never fail.
