21 Days of Prayer & Fastingਨਮੂਨਾ

Compassion for the Lost
When Jesus looked at the crowd, He didn’t just see people, He saw souls. He recognized their spiritual emptiness and saw that they were wandering without guidance, truth, or hope. They were “like sheep without a shepherd.”
Jesus’ response wasn’t irritation or judgment; it was compassion. His heart broke for the lost, and that compassion moved Him to act. Today, we live in a world filled with people searching for meaning, peace, and hope. As followers of Jesus, we’re called to carry that same compassion, one that moves beyond feeling and into action.
Compassion means loving people right where they are. It means praying for them, serving them, and pointing them to the Good Shepherd who came to seek and save the lost.
Reflection Questions:
- Who in my life is searching for truth and hope?
- How can I show the love and compassion of Jesus to someone this week?
Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You that when I was lost, You came looking for me. Give me Your heart for people who don’t yet know You. Help me see them the way You do, not as problems, but as precious souls You love. Move me to act with compassion and boldness. Amen.
