Beyond the Stable: Christ's Mission on Earthਨਮੂਨਾ

Not to Be Served, But to Serve
Devotional:
If Jesus is the King, shouldn't He expect to be served? Yet, Jesus explicitly defined His mission as the opposite: "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" — Mark 10:45 NIV. His ultimate purpose was to lay down His life. The stable was merely the starting point for the path to the cross. Understanding this, reorients our perspective: we worship a King who prioritizes selfless service.
- As we celebrate His arrival, how can you reflect this servant heart in your own life today?
