Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Twoਨਮੂਨਾ

Abide in Me, and I in you (John 15:4 NKJV).
What is key to bearing fruit for God?
Following in the footsteps of Jesus, His disciples find their guide. He gives to them His timeless command: “...Love one another as I have loved you” (John 15:12 NKJV). Jesus promises abundant fruitfulness to those who remain closely connected to Him. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5 NKJV).
Keeping close to God's heart through daily communion with Jesus yields a rich life on earth and eternal rewards in heaven! For Christians today, this means actively loving others as Jesus did, making time to serve, and sharing the Gospel. By staying rooted in Christ, believers can bear the fruits of love, joy, peace, and the Gospel, impacting the world for His glory.
Employment Point: Walk with Jesus and bear much fruit for God.
About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
