The Battle of Busyness – Making Time for What Matters Mostਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 3 – Distractions That Drain You
Devotional Thought:
Not every distraction is sinful—but it can still steal your fire. Scrolling endlessly, overcommitting to tasks, saying yes to everything… these small choices accumulate into spiritual emptiness. The enemy doesn’t always tempt us with rebellion; sometimes he simply tempts us with distraction.
It’s time to throw off what drains you and make space for what fuels you—God’s presence.
Prayer:
Father, show me the distractions I’ve allowed to consume my time. Give me courage to let them go and strength to choose You first. Amen.
Reflection/Action Step:
Do a quick “time audit.” Write down the three activities that take most of your free time. Ask yourself: Do these draw me closer to God or pull me further away?
