Finishing Well

At this stage of my life, I look back over decades of ministry with deep gratitude. I’ve seen God’s Word reach more than two billion young people through our ministry, OneHope. I’ve experienced miracles, breakthroughs, and victories. I’ve also endured loss, sickness, and grief. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: God’s faithfulness.

Now my prayer is not only to have begun well but to finish well. The apostle Paul’s words ring in my heart: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7, ESV). Finishing well is not about achieving perfection; it’s about remaining faithful to the end.

That’s my desire for you as well. No matter your age or stage of life, it’s never too late to commit to finishing strong. Living with courageous hope means fixing your eyes on Jesus and running with endurance until your very last breath. When you do, your life becomes a testimony that points others to the One who never fails.

Pray
Lord, help me run my race with endurance and faithfulness. May my life be a testimony of Your hope and grace until the very end. In Jesus’ name, amen.
