Peace in the Stormਨਮੂਨਾ

God's Plans Are Good
We love to quote this verse, but let’s catch the weight of it. God is speaking through Jeremiah to a people in exile — Israel was stuck in Babylon, feeling forgotten, disappointed, and far from home. In that hard place, God tells them: “I haven’t abandoned you. I still have a plan.”
God’s plans don’t cancel just because your life feels chaotic. Israel’s captivity didn’t erase God’s promise, and your setbacks don’t erase His intentions for you. He says His plans are good — to prosper you, to give you hope, to secure your future.
Notice, He doesn’t say you know the plan; He says “I know the plans.” Sometimes God won’t hand you the blueprint, but He will assure you the outcome: hope and a future. His plans are not random; they are purposeful. Even when you don’t see it, He’s working it and is weaving hope into your hardest seasons.
I’ve had plans fall apart in ways I didn’t understand. Sometimes they are just sloppy plans that I threw together on a whim or extremely detailed plans that took an extended period of time to plan. Both made me question and ask God, "Did I miss the mark or get it wrong?" Later, I saw how God’s hand was guiding me to something better. His plans are wiser than mine. I've learned to just pivot with God; though I may feel a plan was great and could see the benefits of it in the future, God's plan will always be better.
Stop stressing about knowing the plan -- rest in knowing the Planner. Write down one confusing area in your life. Instead of stressing, pray: “Lord, I trust Your plan over mine.” Believe that God's intentions toward you are always for your good, not your harm.
