GRIT: Intense Fellowshipਨਮੂਨਾ

Leaving a Godly Legacy
Psalm 78:4 - "We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done." (ESV)
Every man leaves a legacy. The question is: what kind?
Legacy isn't about wealth, buildings, or fame. It's about the spiritual imprint you leave on others, how your life tells the story of God's faithfulness. Psalm 78 urges us to pass God's works on to the next generation. That means telling the stories, modeling the truth, and showing a life shaped by grace.
You don't need a platform to build a legacy. You need presence. Every conversation with your children, every act of kindness, every word of encouragement builds something lasting.
Legacy is also formed privately—in your faithfulness when no one sees. Your quiet prayers, steady character, and forgiveness are seeds that outlive you.
Start thinking about the kind of legacy you want to leave. What will your kids remember most? What will your coworkers say about your influence? What will the next generation know about God because of how you lived?
You don't have to be perfect. Just faithful.
Challenge:
Write down one value or truth you want to pass down to the next generation. Share it with someone this week.
Prayer:
God, help me live with eternity in mind. Shape my life in a way that points others to You. Let my legacy be one of faith, humility, and truth. Amen.
