16 Characteristics of the God-Kind of Love - 1 Corinthians 13:4-8ਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 2 – Love is kind
Kindness is a wonderful virtue that many people like. Some express it through smiles on their faces. Some do so by speaking well of people. And some do by practising good hospitality. All these are good. However, the truth is that genuine kindness is fueled by love. Customer service support personnel tend to be kind to customers because they ultimately want to retain their business. Sometimes, even scammers try to speak kindly to those they are scamming, just to get money from them. But kindness expressed out of godly love has no sinister motives behind it.
Are you a believer in Christ? Then you have God in you. Meaning, you have kindness inherent in your spirit. Whether you grew up frowning your face or just don’t like people, God can turn all those behaviours upside down for the better if you allow His Word to transform you.
God wants your mind to be filled with His goodness, so much so that there will be no space to think evil of others, much less to let such thoughts out of your mouth. Get rid of all moral filth and let God teach you to relate well with people.
