Perseverance & Endurance - Holding Onto Hope in Times of Challengeਨਮੂਨਾ

Olympic athletes train for years for a competition that may only last a few seconds. They focus their entire lives around competing to win a prize. What they do, what they eat, and how they train are all focused on one goal.
We, too, are called to gear our lives to win a prize. Only this prize isn’t one that rusts or decays - our prize is much bigger than that.
What are the things that you need to take hold of, and what are the things you need to let go of in order to reach your goal?

About this Plan

No-one likes to suffer. It isn’t a pleasant experience. It is painful, uncomfortable and a place to get out of as quickly as possible. However, there is one thing Jesus promised that we often skim over - ‘In this world you will have trouble.’ – John 16:33. So, what is our stance when trouble comes our way? Let us take a journey into what it means to persevere and endure so that when we face times of testing, we do so with the right heart posture.
