Romans 8: Life in Christ by the Spiritਨਮੂਨਾ

DAY 4: A New Way of Thinking
Romans 8:5 contrasts two ways of thinking: the old self-focused mindset, and the mindset shaped by the Spirit. The “flesh” means the old human tendency to trust in self and resist God’s wisdom. But the Spirit rewires our thoughts to want what God wants—love, truth, and a life that reflects Him. Pause today: what thoughts shape your days? Are they rooted in worry, self-importance, or the desires of the old self? Invite the Spirit to tune your mind to His voice. As you do, He gently shifts your thoughts from the old story to the new one Jesus has begun in you.
