Who Is Jesus?ਨਮੂਨਾ

Jesus Shows Us What God Is Like
So if Jesus is God, what kind of God is He?
Some people picture God as distant, angry, or impossible to please. But Jesus paints a completely different picture. He touches untouchables. He weeps at funerals. He eats with outcasts and forgives people mid-sentence.
"Jesus reached out His hand and touched the man. 'I am willing,' He said. 'Be clean!'" (Matthew 8:3, NIV)
He doesn’t avoid messy people—He moves toward them. He heals Peter’s mother-in-law, cares for the sick, and calls the lonely by name.
Hebrews 1:3 puts it this way:
"The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being."
According to N.T. Wright, Jesus wasn’t offering good advice about how to get to God—He was the arrival of God’s good news: that heaven was breaking in.
So think about this—or ask a friend:
- If Jesus is what God looks like, what stands out to you most?
- Why do you think Jesus spent so much time with the hurting and overlooked?
- Does that change how you see God—or yourself?
