God Is With Usਨਮੂਨਾ

The Lord God is actively involved with humanity
“The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3 ESV)
When God had created a beautiful earth with flowers, plants, and animals, He also made people. He created them in a special way, “in His image,” and had personal contact with them. Initially, the relationship between Creator and creature was completely good. But when Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they tried to hide from Him. However, He sought them out and called them to account. Despite their damaged relationship, God continues to be actively involved with His creation. He sees everything that happens, and He sometimes intervenes to guide both world events and the details of people's lives.
A clear example of this is the great flood we read about in Genesis 6-8. “The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,” the story begins. He did not just let that happen, but — after years of warning — sent a huge flood that swallowed up almost all the people and animals.
So sometimes God's intervention is disastrous for humanity. At the same time, it is our only chance of salvation: without Him, we would be left to ourselves, and that is by no means a bright prospect, because we humans are so sinful and wicked by nature.
Can you think of other examples of God's involvement with humanity? Do you consider those positive or negative? Why do you think so?
