God, I’m Tired: Honest Rest for Exhausted Parentsਨਮੂਨਾ

Closing Prayer
Father, thank You for rest. Thank You for seeing every tear I cried when no one else did. Thank You for meeting me in my exhaustion and reminding me I don’t have to hold this all alone.
I surrender my need to be strong in my own strength. Teach me how to lay down, not just my body but my mind, my fear, my guilt, and my hidden worry.
Thank You for making me lie down in green pastures. Thank You for restoring my soul.
Tonight, tomorrow, and every day after, remind me that real rest is my inheritance. Let me rise up whole, not because I did it all, but because You carried me through it all.
I trust You with my tired heart. I trust You with my family. I trust You to renew me again and again. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
