Disciple: Live the Life God Has You Called Toਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 2: Surrender Your Net
The disciples left their nets—their security, identity, and past. They didn’t just follow Jesus in spirit; they left something behind. Surrender is part of discipleship. We can’t carry our cross if our hands are full.
God isn’t trying to strip you of joy, He’s trying to clear space for it. Letting go of what’s temporary opens your life to what’s eternal. Sometimes that net is control. Sometimes it’s fear. Sometimes it’s pride. Whatever it is, it’s not worth holding on to.
Jesus never said it would be easy. But He did say it would be worth it. When we let go of our life, we find it.
Reflective Question: What’s one thing God may be asking you to surrender to step deeper into discipleship?
