An Invitation to Follow

Devotional:
Jesus' invitation to Simon Peter and Andrew to “Come, follow Me” was not simply a call to relocate—it was a call to reorient their entire lives. These two fishermen left behind their trade, their identity, and their security to walk with a Rabbi who would change their purpose. This same invitation is extended to us today. Discipleship begins not with perfection or religious performance but with a simple “yes” to Jesus. It’s a personal response to a divine invitation. Jesus doesn’t demand; He invites. But to follow Him means letting go of what’s comfortable and stepping into a new way of living.
