The Purpose of Lifeਨਮੂਨਾ

The Gift of Community
Community is not just a nice addition to our spiritual lives; it's essential. We were created to be in relationship with others, and the Christian journey is meant to be walked together. When we engage in authentic community, we find support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.
Just as a coal removed from the fire quickly loses its heat, a believer isolated from community often struggles to maintain their faith. In community, we experience the love of Christ in tangible ways, through accountability, shared burdens, and collective worship. It is a space where we can be vulnerable and real, finding strength in unity.
Are you actively involved in a community of believers? If not, what steps can you take to become more engaged? Perhaps it's joining a small group, attending a Bible study, or simply reaching out to fellow believers for fellowship. Remember, community is not just about what you receive but also what you contribute.
Reflect: How has community played a role in your spiritual journey? In what ways can you be more intentional in fostering and participating in a supportive community?

About this Plan

The plan explores the true purpose of our lives, challenging us to move beyond superficial pursuits and embrace a deeper, more fulfilling existence. We emphasize that the point of life is to "passionately pursue the presence of God, the practices of God, and the people of God as we pour out our lives for the good of others." This devo is meant to encourage us to reevaluate our priorities as believers and align our lives with God's intentions for us.
