Being Courageous for the Lord: Devotions for Girls (I Am Fearless)ਨਮੂਨਾ

When we are getting ready to face a big challenge, we need protection over our hearts and minds. That's exactly what Paul in the Bible did. He had asked for prayer to be bold in preaching, and then shared about the armor of God.
He told believers to put on the FULL armor of God: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, feet fitted with the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.
There is no better protection than the armor of God to live fearlessly for Him.
Reflection:
Which part of the armor of God are you in need most of today? Ask God for it.
Prayer:
Lord, thank you that I am Fearless. Clothe me with Your armor and help me to be strong in Your mighty power. In Jesus' name, amen.
Action:
Draw a picture of yourself wearing the armor of God and label each part so you can visualize how God protects you.

About this Plan

We will face trouble in this world like Paul, Barnabus, and Jesus did, but we can still be courageous for the Lord like they were. These devotions will help girls have courage too, knowing that Jesus has overcome the world! These devotions are based on the "I am Fearless" chapter from "I am Yours: Prayers For God's Girl" by Wynter Pitts. Each devotion has a short teaching, reflection question(s), prayer, and action step. On their own or with a parent, girls can enjoy connecting with the Lord and growing in their faith a day at a time!
