The Riches of Forgiveness: Devotions for Girls (I Am Available)ਨਮੂਨਾ

Paul, a great missionary in the Bible, made his life available to God. In Colossians 1:27 (NIV), Paul shared about a mystery and how we are a part of that: "To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."
Paul described the glorious riches being Christ in you! How cool is that! Then he says that this is the hope of glory. When Jesus is in our hearts, we can have awesome hope from being forgiven in Him!
Reflection:
How would you describe what glorious riches are?
What do you think about Christ being in you, meaning you are filled with glorious riches?
Who in your life needs this awesome hope of the Lord?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that I am available. I pray that You would shine Your hope and love through me. Thank You for your forgiveness, and that we can have hope in You! In Jesus' name, amen.
Action:
Write a prayer for the person you mentioned in the Reflection question, who needs forgiveness and hope in the Lord. Pray that this person comes to know the greatest and richest hope of all---Jesus.

About this Plan

These devotions will help girls understand the importance of forgiving and being forgiven. Through this five-day plan, girls will also have a greater understanding of how forgiveness helps you be available to God's kingdom work. These devotions are based on the "I am Available" chapter from "I am Yours: Prayers For God's Girl" by Wynter Pitts. Each devotion has a short teaching, reflection question(s), prayer, and action step. On their own or with a parent, girls can enjoy connecting with the Lord and growing in their faith a day at a time!
