For the Joy: Reignite Your Desire to Serve Like Jesusਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 2: The Joy Set Before Us
Hebrews 12:2b
“…who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Jesus endured suffering because He saw the joy ahead—our salvation. Serving isn’t always easy, but when we remember the impact it has on lives, it becomes worth it. Sometimes, because of the team we serve on or the tasks we’re assigned, we lose sight of the bigger picture. We may not realize that bouncing a crying baby, welcoming a first-time guest in the parking lot, or wiping down a bathroom between services are all moments of significant ministry.
While what happens on the stage is important to the people in the room, what happens off the stage and behind the scenes is what welcomes people to be in the room.
FOR THE JOY of other people's salvation.
FOR THE JOY of other people's spiritual growth.
FOR THE JOY of other people's call to ministry.
What you do in service, God will bless in life transformation. Never forget that.
- Reflection: What joy do you see in serving? How does it keep you going?
