Memorizing Your Bibleਨਮੂਨਾ

Ok! Today we’re starting for real!
Begin by reading through Psalm 1 again. The more you read it, the more it will speak
to you.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
Yesterday, we talked about spiritual growth and what it takes to achieve it. God’s Word is food. Jesus even said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God” (Matt. 4:4).
Memorizing God’s Word is not fast food. You need to chew on it and meditate on it. Only then will you get the goodness out of it.
The verse for today is:
Psalm 1:1 – “Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of mockers.”
THE PRACTICAL PART
Here’s how it works! I call it the "10+10 rule"
● Read the first verse aloud 10 times. Read along carefully each time, so you know
and understand exactly what it says.
● Then, recite the verse aloud 10 times without looking.
● If you don’t get it perfectly yet… no worries! Tomorrow is another day!
That’s it for today!
A tip:
Write the verse down somewhere. Writing it out helps you remember it in a different way.
See you tomorrow!
